How it works

Qamino helps you plan your trips around your day limits. You enter your arrival and departure dates per country; Qamino adds up the days, tracks the residency thresholds, and warns you before every deadline. You decide when to leave, instead of being caught by an overstay. Offline via persistent cache: works on the plane as well as on the metro.

The steps

  1. You enter your dates

For each country you visit or plan to visit, you log your entry date and your exit date. It's manual, never automatic — you keep full control of what Qamino knows about you.

  2. Qamino does the math

Days left before your visa deadline, days already counted toward the tax residency threshold (per calendar year and per rolling 12-month window), and the date you can return to a country. Everything updates in real time.

  3. You get alerts

Before every deadline — a visa about to expire, a tax threshold getting close, a Schengen 90/180 window closing — Qamino warns you ahead of time. You act calmly, not in a rush.

  4. And more to come

Based on the dates you already entered, Qamino will suggest the best flights (optimal booking timing) when the moment comes. Module in progress — available to Core and Pro subscribers at release.

Under the hood

Three technical choices that make the difference.

Works offline

Progressive Web App with persistent local cache. Once loaded, the app runs without a connection — handy to log a trip from the plane. Sync happens automatically when the network is back.

Encrypted and private

Your data is stored encrypted on Google Cloud (Firestore), at rest and in transit. We never resell it, we never use it for ads. You can export everything, delete everything, in one click.

No background tracking

Qamino never uses your GPS, runs no geofencing, tracks no location. You log your trips yourself. It's a design decision, not a setting to turn on.

Leave the spreadsheet behind.

30 seconds. Your email and 2 heads-ups

Two emails total: your sign-up confirmation, then the launch announcement. Nothing else. Your data is never sold — no one else has access.
